Proofing Policy:
When proofing your art please look over every detail carefully. Please do not rush this process.
Pay special attention to the following details:
Spelling. Text, Content, Layout, Color of Photos, Graphics and Background

All art must be proofed and approved with a signature via email, fax or in person before printing will begin, verbal approves will not be accepted. By approving art, you have verified and are satisfied that ALL spelling, content and layout are correct. Copy Pros is not liable for errors after proof is approved. The customer is responsible for additional charges if reprinting is necessary.  As of January 1, 2007 we require pre-payment or 50% deposit on all orders. Thank you.
